Delivery policy
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders, regardless of the order size. No minimum purchase is required to enjoy free shipping.
For made-to-order rugs, once your order is placed, production will begin to craft your rug with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Shipping for made-to-order rugs will proceed within 2-3 business days after the product is ready.
Once your rug is complete and ready for shipment, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number to follow the delivery progress.
Rugs that are in stock will be shipped the next business day after your order is placed.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items quickly to ensure a fast delivery experience.
Refund policy
1. Refunds are issued only if the rug is returned in its original, unused condition with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
